Both directories have horrible links when first installed without any third party SEO add ons for Joomla. We found that both work very well with sh404sef and Mosets Tree working the best with the prettier URLs of the two directories. Both directories offer the opportunity to enter meta tags for each entry as well.

I have a friend who wishes she had seen this review before making her purchase of Mosets. I must admit it looked great when she installed it side by side against SOBI2. However, the darn thing just didn't work well for what she wanted. There was so much spam from allowing anonymous users it was ridiculous!

I helped her customize the look and feel of SOBI2 and she is in love with the product now! So she paid for Mosets but doesn't use it! SOBI2 rocks!

Sobi2 is the greatest! Codernaut is correct that Mosets looks better out of the box, but after you customize Sobi2, there is no comparison. Very good, accurate article! Wish I had read this before I bought Mosets.

Just thought I would point out that Sobi2 has an optional entry form template that allows you completely customize the data entry form, so you can place submit buttons at the top and bottom and anywhere else you wish.
