What a freaking year for Boston sports! The Sox win the World Series, the Patriots are flying high, Boston College looks good, and the Celtics actually look like contenders this year.
This blog is dedicated to the Patriots. Don Shula thinks the Patriots deserve an asterisk due to the Spygate case. I am a die-hard Patriots fan and I happen to agree with Shula. The Patriots should have never cheated, this year or any year. We all know they cheated in the past as well as Bill Belichick looked too much like a genius winning much hyped rematches with better teams.
Hopefully they will go 16-0 for the regular season and 19-0 for the entire season to bring the Superbowl to New England. The asterisk will be there whether the NFL puts it there or the court of public opinion puts it there. Either way, this has been a great football season! Just like San Francisco likes Barry Bonds and his asterisk, Patriot fans will do the same for their team!
