Depending on what you define as success alot of people seem to be obssessed with it, or the definition that's being force fed on them.
People tend to get down during failures, but I feel failures help you grow and learn. Success comes with it's rewards and lessons. Failure can build character depending on how you handle it, and character is the most important thing. Character allows you to handle success once it comes.
