Week #6 of the NFL season is in the books. New England Cheaters looked very impressive as they dismantled the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys were talking smack after the game ... guess they forgot to look at the final scoreboard results.
The most anticipated game of the young season featured the Patriots vs the Cowboys. The 2nd half proved the Cowboys, the class of the NFC, are still FAR behind the cream of the crop of the AFC. The Colts and Steelers had the week off and kept their perfect and 1 loss records, respectively, intact. The Redskins did not look so good losing to the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are finding ways to win close games which could prove to be very valuable in the playoffs. Jacksonville won again and set up a huge matchup with Indy next week. The Panthers appear to be on a roll as they won with 43 year old Vinny Testeverde at quarterback. They have next week off and then a huge task as they have to play the Colts when they return from the week off.
The following teams can begin planning for next season as they are currently dead in the water:
- Buffalo Bills
- New York Jets
- Miami Dolphins
- New Orleans Saings
- Atlanta Falcons
- St. Louis Rams
The following teams have their bathing suits on ready to jump into the murky waters:
- Cincinnati Bengals
- Chicago Bears
- Los Angeles Raiders
- Philadelphia Eagles
- Minnesota Vikings
