So many people are surfing the web and perusing the web for 'Old School' Hip Hop from the 80's and 90s.
Even young teenagers recognize the difference in musical quality from that era and now. Although it's not just hip hop from this era people are looking for, but it seems like a multitude of people are hungry for this music of the past or what alot of people call real hip hop or real music.
My ipod and laptop folders are heavily populated with artists like Super Lover Cee, Cool C, Craig Mack, UMC's, Ghetto Boys, Souls of Mischief, Das FX, Naughty By Nature, etc.
Remember Tupac's 'When My Homie Calls' or 'Humpty Hump' by Digital Underground.
Ahhh wish I could build a time machine and just stay in those times.
