Feature Omissions
Steve Jobs showed off the new Apple iPad this week and the million dollar question is "will it be the Netbook killer?" I would think no and for a number of reasons. I can not believe Apple released such a blah blah blah product after their recent successes with the iPod and iPhone. So we will get past the obvious worse name choice they could have made and dive into the other items that will make it hard for the iPad to be a major success.

We conducted a year long experiment comparing the various marketing strategies
offered to companies via new, bleeding edge technology like Facebook Ads, a
leader with solid technology options, Google AdWords, and traditional marketing,
the YellowPages. We offered services as well as products in our advertising campaigns. Although Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and the YellowPages are used in this article, we actually compared advertising on MySpace (social networking), Microsoft AdCenter, and Yahoo Search Marketing (more traditional CPC and CPM). Results from all were comparable to their counterpart chosen to represent their type of advertising niche. We compared the setup effort, cost to start and maintain campaigns, conversion rate, reporting, and the return on investment for each advertising vehicle.

This article will compare Google Desktop and Windows Search and there is an easy winner here, just stick with me. We leave out gadgets and addons for each search software and compare the search applications only/

I woke up this morning and refreshed my Google AdWords campaign to check yesterday's stats. Well, lo and behold, there's an invite to try the new user interface for AdWords. I feel honored so I accepted the invite and began using the new interface.
