Selena Roberts should be above this type of gossipy work. The stories in the book are all those that an 8 year old would write. She has tried her best to ruin A-Rod's career and make a mockery of the man ... wait, he has already done a good job of that himself. So there is absolutely nothing for Ms. Roberts to gain by writing this childish book. Why Selena, why?

Did you think this would be your springboard to head of the class in journalism? I think not! Are you trying to be like the authors of "Game of Shadows" and gain attention by riding the back of a controversial superstar? Won't work for you!

What you are doing with pitiful work like this is proving you are an untrustworthy figure in sports. You are the plague and everyone will stay away from you as your report stories inaccurately. The Duke Lacrosse case ... wow, you thought I forgot about that one didn't you? I was willing to give you a pass on that one until you brought out this silly book about A-Rod. I think you are just as infatuated with A-Rod as he is with himself.

Selena Roberts, I am very disappointed in your work on this book and I do hope this pushes you to the back pages when it comes to sports journalists. For the few strides forward women have made in the industry, you just set them back 20 steps! You should be ashamed of yourself for this grade school work!
