Beanie Sigel seems real upset with Jay Z, as one can tell on this particular track. He sounds really hurt.
Rappers need to stop this beefing. It's the same crap over and over and over. Honestly I think Jay Z is over rated, and Beanie is more of a solid artist or pure artist. At the same time I think all this is unnecessary. If he's doing this to sell records, then I understand, but if he has issue with Jay Z for distancing himself from him, then I think it's pointless. Two grown men should handle this with a little more maturity.
Sigel’s made comments on DJ Kay Slay show to alluding to the fact that the rift seems to come from Roc-A-Fella business dealings between the Jay Z and himself. Coincidently this occurred the day of the World Series, being that Sigel is from Philadelphia, and his appearance on Hot 97 was just after Jay-Z performed “Empire State of Mind” in front of a hometown NY crowd at Yankee Stadium, prior to the Yankees defeating the Philadelphia in game two.
