The follow-up episode of Cavemen was almost as bad as the premier episode. The 2nd episode featured more jabs at race and class but still appears to be missing "it" like the Geico commercials.
The show appears to have peaked with the premier and is headed downhill until it is cancelled. I may stop watching it so my Geico Cavemen commercial experience does not suffer. Joel, Andy, Nick, and Maurice are not funny. Well, Maurice is ok, but he is not really featured on the show. He will make a 3-5 minute appearance on each episode and has a good joke or two. Nick is the main Caveman, but he is very boring. He dates a "Sape" (Human/Homo Sapien) and girlfriend was featured for all of 2 minutes tonight.
This show is bound to be cancelled. The show doesn't even use the music from the Geico commercials. It is only a matter of time before folks realize the commercials, showing the cavemen for 30 seconds, is much better than a 30 minute sitcom. For the 2nd week, Carpoolers was funnier and it is a very corny show.
