The fourth episode of Cavemen was much more of the same as the first shows. It appears the writers are going to try and ride the social stereotypes until the ship finally sinks.
Tax evasion, money laundering, racial stereotyping, etc were the highlights of this episode. The Cavemen series will try to ride this ship until the air is finally gone out of the sales. I've laughed about as hard as I am going to laugh at this show during the premier episode ... and I didn't laugh any then.
Kate's mom is cheating on her husband ... her husband is cheating on her. She is cheating on her taxes and stealing money from her husband to buy her lover fancy gifts. For some reason, she can't distinguish one caveman from another. Soap opera, racism, lying and cheating all from one character! Well, it wasn't funny but a little entertaining.
Once again, Maurice is the funniest caveman. Once again, he gets about 3 minutes in front of the camera. Maurice will eventually become the focus of the show if they want to keep an audience.
Does anyone know how many episodes these guys are contracted to put out? If the contract stated 4 shows, then these 4 are in the books and the show will surely be canceled. Cavemen is by far the most over hyped sitcom of the new season.
